The customer service here has been incredible every time I've been here! The girls who were working always genuinely tried to give me the best product for my needs, even if that meant redirecting me to a different store. Being on a college campus, they also have many customizable options that are reasonably affordable. When I ordered flowers, they listened to the exact story of what I needed flowers for, and tried to make the best arrangement possible for that person (which turned out great!). Has always been a great experience shopping for flowers here. The quality of service and product is normally top notch. However, when I went in today to buy valentine's flowers I was apparently undercharged. i received a call later saying that they neglected to charge for labor and I owed around 10$. If it had been included at time of purchase that's no problem as it's a fair price. But calling a customer later to demand additional payment on account of their mistake is just unprofessional.
