Mary answered the phone with a happy bright attitude, and was extremely helpful in helping me choose the perfect flower arrangement, and very helpful on how to word the cards to express what I wanted to say. She went above and beyond helping me send a beautiful arrangement to 2 recipients. Mary made the whole experience so pleasant. THANK YOU MARY!

I was able to order these beautiful flowers for my sister in Murrietta. Since it was already 11 am I wasn't sure if it would be possible for same day delivery or even if they delivered into the area. I called in and spoke to Mary, she checked the location and said it wasn't within her delivery zone, but she placed me on hold to check with her driver and said it wouldn't be a problem.
