I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

If you are looking for an eye doctor that you feel has YOUR best interest in mind - then you need to call Dr. Scott Bloom. In a day of rush & hurry at most practices, he takes time with each patient. He explains what's going on and talks with you about the care of your eyes. I would trust no one else to take care of the health of our family's eye care health. He is an absolute expert and professional. His staff is always courteous and helpful.
