I was way over charged some excuse about extra bowl of color used ,my hair was just below my ear when walking in ,short cut when done . I said I wanted to have my hair fixed ,cut shorter on top and highlights only in front she said ok then said if your so unhappy why would you want to come back I said I spent a lot of money and wanted my hair the way I wanted Owner was rude wouldn’t make things right told me never to come back and hung up on me Some how I was the problem what happened to customer service? I went there today for an eyelash lift and tint. It was my first time having this service done. Paige was wonderful! She walked me through everything that was going to be done along with doing an excellent job! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed! Highly recommend Bloom Salon!
