I have been coming here for the past year and am very pleased every single time. Erica has been amazing to work with and she is always so patient with me when I change up my color on a whim! She’s always keeping my hair looking its best. Not only is she good at what she does but she’s become such a great friend! The whole salon is very welcoming and creates a warm and relaxing environment.

In January 2025, I came to Bloom for a Keratin smoothing treatment. This was my second time visiting Bloom for Keratin; the first was in November 2024 with Brittany and I loved it. Since Brittany no longer did Keratin, I scheduled an appointment for January 7th 2025 with Erica.
