I have purchased flowers from Bloom Plus a few times because their flower selection is fantastic. Recently I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. There was a mix up with the delivery but they rectified the situation immediately. Not only was it resolved promptly, but they upgraded the flower bouquet I purchased and made an additional second bouquet on top of that!
