The Bloom staff is disorganized, rude, inflexible, and cares little about their patients. My longtime obgyn moved here from another practice, and they would not let me see her without starting over as a new patient. To refill a prescription, I had to go to a Dr I’d never seen before at the previous practice. Then, I had to schedule another appointment with a separate Dr at Bloom (which my insurance would not pay for) because my obgyn could not see me as a “new patient” for three months. For the interim Bloom appt, I arrived ... read more

Bloom OB/GYN’s handling of our inquiry as a new patient was utterly deplorable and unprofessional. At 8 weeks pregnant, we contacted their office to inquire about becoming patients. The receptionist curtly informed us that a decision would be communicated within 4 weeks, offering no clarity or reassurance. When we followed up at 10 weeks, we were met with an exceptionally rude receptionist who dismissively stated she had “no idea” when we would be notified, providing no assistance or empathy. The interactions were consistent... read more

Incredibly rude Practice! Understaffed wait times are ridiculous.

They said they are a small practice and have to check with their coordinator to see if they could take me on as a patient. They said this "review" process would take up to 3 weeks and I would hear back from them whether it was a yes or a no. I expected to hear from them August 18t... read more

Avoid this practice. As a patient of 10+ years, it pains me to say their care has sharply declined. I had to cancel a mammogram—scheduled six months in advance—because the office failed to respond to an insurer’s verification request sent a month prior. Despite multiple calls and portal messages from me in addition to the insurer reaching out, it took three weeks to get any response. And even then, they still did not contact the insurer to complete the ask for insurance coverage, which would take five minutes. For an office ... read more
