Absolutely perfect with the perfect harmony of Elegance and cozy. The staff are wonderful and welcoming, Jeremy had a smile and checked up on us with Hadley giving recommendations and highlighting their menu. And the star of the show Hope our waiter and server had such an air of warmth and attention. Bloom was an absolutely amazing dining experience. My fiancé and I went there for our anniversary dinner and we were met with a hand written card on the table immediately. Our server, Carrie, was the sweetest and made great conversation with us while providing knowledgeable recommendations about the menu. All the other staff was extremely friendly and attentive as well without being overbearing in anyway way. Probably one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at in the Lancaster and York area to date! The food and drinks are quality and the atmosphere is beautiful. Highly recommend 🥂
