Jess has been doing my hair for two years now and it has never looked or felt better. I have a LOT of hair and Jess expertly colors and thins it out. She also explains every decision and has helped me take better care of it at home. Because of the amount of hair I have, I spend a lot of time in the studio and in Jess’s chair and it is an overall amazing experience!

Lauren and everyone at Bloom have become family. They listen to what you want, execute while still keeping your hair health in mind. I will recommend this salon over and over again.

I want to start off by saying I grew up going to highly recommended salons since I was 7years old and yet I have never had an experience that even comes close to Bloom. Jess not only does my hair- but she constantly educates me throughout my appointment and helps me understand how my habits impact my hair health and how I can do better. My appointment with Jess was an absolute dream. We sat down and discussed my hair history and vision. She delivered everything I’ve always requested in past years and never got, in ONE sitting. She truly knocked it out of the park and I’ll be sending my fam & friends to her as I know she’ll take care of them. I’m actually blown away by her talent, professionalism, vast knowledge of all things hair and kindness. My hair is blonder and healthier than ever. 12/10 stars. Thank you so much Jess!!!!
