Very helpful over the phone! I was calling from Ca for delivery to my daughters place before my arrival and they were so helpful explaining how to get what I want and get it delivered. Also helpful that they use Shop for payment and management of the account
I ordered online and at first, the website seemed great. However, when i first entered the website i got a promotional code for 10% off in my first order. I saved it and at the time of checkout I could not use it because the order was 'exceeding the coupons limit' even tho my order was considerably small and not at all one of the most expensive items. Update to original review: It appears Bloom had some technical issues impacting orders yesterday. Fortunately they were able to get it resolved with the flowers being delivered today. While it wasn't an ideal situation for anyone I appreciated the communication and resolution from the owner. They also sent me a photo of the bouquet and it was lovely.
