Delivered when promised. Arrangement delivered looked same as picture on website
The flowers were beautiful and the delivery was speedy, however I was disappointed to find out that the card I had asked to be added was never included. The recipient had to text the number (work colleague) and I had to explain that these were for her mother's passing from my team. Big picture, not a big deal, but it would have been better for the recipient, who was grieving the loss of her mother to not have to chase down who sent these to her.
