Dr Bovelsky and Pam are amazing! This is a small office where they really care about you. Dr Bovelsky is very patient and takes time to listen and discuss all concerns at every appointment Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bovelsky. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt cared for and listened to. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I feel comfortable with my care plan. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for my health are attributes that can be hard to find in a doctor. I am so grateful for the excellent care I’ve received and highly recommend Dr. Bovelsky to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.
Doctor wouldn’t stop interrupting me, I couldn’t finish a single sentence. Completely dismissed all my questions and concerns. Very traditional with the typical “this is normal” type of answers. Didn’t take time to listen. Was only entering data on the computer to see what the tool would say. No wonder AI will be replacing these jobs soon. Her assistant is nice but extremely slow.
I’m very thankful that we found Dr. Bovelsky when we moved to FL two years ago. I love that it’s a small practice and that she takes time with you to listen and address concerns. Pam, her receptionist/vitals tech, is always quick to respond to my emails and to get information to Dr. Bovelsky. They are both friendly and treat you like family. Highly recommend!!!
I lucked into Bloom Family Medicine when I picked the practice off of my Insurance Carrier’s list based entirely on location. My expectations were low, if not nonexistent. However, Dr. Bovelsky spends more time with me as a patient than any doctor I’ve seen since the days before HMOs, and Pam, her assistant, knows my wife and me, even by voice on the phone. We are very thankful that we found Bloom Family Medicine when we moved to town.
