I’m very thankful that we found Dr. Bovelsky when we moved to FL two years ago. I love that it’s a small practice and that she takes time with you to listen and address concerns. Pam, her receptionist/vitals tech, is always quick to respond to my emails and to get information to Dr. Bovelsky. They are both friendly and treat you like family. Highly recommend!!!

I lucked into Bloom Family Medicine when I picked the practice off of my Insurance Carrier’s list based entirely on location. My expectations were low, if not nonexistent. However, Dr. Bovelsky spends more time with me as a patient than any doctor I’ve seen since the days before HMOs, and Pam, her assistant, knows my wife and me, even by voice on the phone. We are very thankful that we found Bloom Family Medicine when we moved to town.

I would give this a five-star except for Pam the medical assistant I rated it four stars because of her. She has a very different personality. She does not make it easy to schedule appointments with the doctor. She is very argumentative when speaking to her. She will turn things around. She has also told me I am not the only patient. I explained to her I knew that I was not the only patient I was just trying to make an appointment . This makes you not want to contact the office for anything. I’ve been going here a few years now and i love it!! very welcoming people! Pam at the front desk is very nice and heartfelt! Dr. Bovelsky is very caring and in depth with her check ups. I’ve never felt worried or scared coming to the doctors as i did as a child. The online portal has also made it easy with requesting refills and any issues i’m having without having to make an appointment! i would fully recommend to anyone and everyone!!
