Krystal is a great manager if I have the place right I bought this battery from them in my favorite one .
I went into Bloom hoping to find good deals and great customer service and got neither. The lady told me that since I was not a member already that none of the deals would apply to me and then never offered me assistance or to sign up for the deals. She seemed very bothered that I was even asking about how things work as it was my first time in... I was very disappointed but luckily I found Green Collar across the way.
