The experience I had was wonderful. I had a deep set fear of the dentist and my teeth were in pretty bad shape. From the first time I was greeted by the front office staff, and during my appointments I felt at ease. Everyone I encountered was friendly. The assistants were very knowledgeable and kind, and Dr. Dawson did a wonderful job to help restore my smile. I would recommend bloom dental to my friends and family.
Absolutely horrible and complete liars. I asked them before I went there, multiple times, if they took my insurance and they assured me they did. After my first checkup they charge me $500 and said I will get reimbursed. After waiting two months for a reimbursement it never comes. I call them about it and they say that they just realized I’m “out of network”. They didn’t want to tell me when I first came there but now they want to tell me. SCAM!
My experience here was great - they were so kind and helpful, and worked quickly (with no wait time in the waiting room), while still taking the time to answer any questions I had. Definitely recommend!
