My experience here has always been excellent. I would go every week if my budget would allow it. Instead I go when I have a special occasion. The stylists have all been excellent, the front desk is very professional and service oriented, the coffee is wonderful and the place is very esthetically designed and spotless. Glad you’re in my hood.

I love Bloom. It's my favorite form of self pampering.
Been there a couple of times and my first experience was amazing. Shampoo was long, thorough and absolutely my favorite part. My blow out lasted several days and it still looked great. My second experience was good too, but my shampoo wasn't as memorable and my blowout only lasted a couple of days. I definitely plan on going back soon.

I live in Los Gatos but I rather drive to bloom cause the do a great job & it cost less
I love that Bloom is a 10 minute muni ride from my apartment! It's great not having to schlep downtown or to the Marina for a subpar blowout. Everyone at Bloom is friendly, the salon environment is fun, and all of my blowouts have been amazing--Alex is the best!
