My wife received great care for the birth of our son. The reason for one star is because as part of package, we were supposed to receive some refunds for paying cash. We have texts to prove the amount as well. I have called the office and Jenn several times and cannot get in touch. I will remove review once refunds are received.

I had my third baby in December, this time at Bloom Birth center and it was hands down my best birth yet!! I cannot be more thankful for the care that not only I, but my whole family received. We recently welcomed our second child at Bloom Birth and Wellness Center, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, empowering, and supportive experience. From the moment we arrived, Jenn, Savannah and Mikah made us feel safe, heard, and cared for. Dr. Hayley, who’s a chiropractor with an office there, is also so helpful with prenatal care. I had a successful VBAC thanks to their expertise. They really are very knowledgeable and thanks to that knowledge they got me through a very hard and long labor! They know what positions to guide you through to get baby to move into the optimal position. They are also kind and caring. They listen to you and let you make informed decisions at your visits.
