Easy to deal with, no surprises. Nice clean car. Biggest plus: no hidden mark-up fees many dealers just LOVE to add to the price...Bloom was straight-forward with us. If looking for used BMWs, check them out.

Rob is a knowledgeable person and he is very humble and helpful I purchased my car on the spot
They dont give you a chance to talk on the phone because they are to busy giving talks of financing with them before you even look at or talk about the car.
Went there for the Toyota RAV4 Sport, got to say it was a pleasant experience. Rob was great and was able to give us a great deal. Overall satisfied with the way the deal went and I got a great car.

They didn't work with me like they said on the phone. Made me drive 30 miles just to come back empty handed ... They didn't put proper pictures up. I get there and the car had more damage that what it showed in the pictures. Didn't really feel like they cared if they made a sale or not.
My advice to everyone looking to buy a car is don’t buy anything on your first day out. Ask for quotes and take those numbers home. Some other dealers would not give me a written quote, only verbal numbers. I went home and did the math anyway. I found some places were trying to play games with numbers. Maybe they are trying to take advantage of the fact most people don’t do their own math when it comes to buying a car.
