Bloom Auto Body and Collision was a great shop to work with. The team is super professional, helpful, and did a great job repairing my car. A couple of big bonuses was that when I picked up my car it was cleaner than when it was delivered to them and they do have loaner cars which is great when the closest car rental facility is in The Dalles.
I had a cracked windshield on my Tacoma, and Bloom Auto made the entire process so easy. They worked directly with my insurance, handling everything quickly and efficiently. The service was outstanding, and the team was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this family-owned business for anyone in need of auto glass repair or other services.
We rented a UHaul trailer from Bloom Auto Body. They made sure our trailer was on-site and made the entire rental process easy. Great communication, spotlessly clean facility, super friendly people, fair prices. Highly recommended!
Jeremy and Jennifer are great. Whether big or small needs, they take great care of us. Our last time in, in addition to why we went, they did some magic to our backup camera (which had become nearly useless in our 11 year old Subaru) and made it good as new. Friendly and knowledgeable service, very good rates, and a rejuvenated backup camera to boot.
