Had a great experience ordering from Bloom 3. I don't live in the Chicago area but wanted to use a local florist to deliver an arrangement for my best friend's birthday. The online ordering was very simple and the arrangement they delivered was beautiful!
This flower shop is amazing. I called here at the last minute and the lady took my order. She put together a beautiful bouquet of flowers and personally delivered it on her way home from work. Customer service is outstanding!
A very close friend's dog died tragically and we called on a Saturday morning and the lady who answered said they were fully booked for another event. But to our surprise, she made sure these flowers were delivered even though it was short notice. I cannot say how grateful we are that our friend got the flowers on Saturday, not to mention it was the most beautiful arrangement we've ever seen. I will tell anyone and everyone to order from Bloom 3 if they live in the area. Thank you!!
