Bloodworks Northwest requires you to print, sign, and return a privacy agreement for their team to "review and approve" you to get scheduled...even after you doctor sends a referral to them for bloodwork. The person I spoke with on the phone could not provide any valid reason to require this form before scheduling. They may have some of the best healthcare providers in the area, but keeping them behind a very unneeded process like this is incomprehensible. Great place with great staff! Very aggressive with the calls though, I'm over a month out from being able to donate again so I don't really get why I'd be contacted
Clean, quick, easy, and super nice staff. It feels good to be a giver. No excuses!
