Used to be a great place to donate blood when it was Puget Sound Blood Center. When Bloodworks took over, high staff turnover. Newer staff inexperienced. Tried to donate, the tech missed the vein. They tried the other arm and missed that vein. 16 gallon doner and will not go back.
It was great I could get in the same day that I called so I did not need an appointment and that is great for me because I cannot make an appointment with work
Clean, organized, well trained staff. I will continue to donate here and the Federal Way location. Please donate!
