I am extremely satisfied. My Husband is coming along on 9/22 to sign up with your dental office as well.
As soon as one enters the offuce, Kristin, receptionist is like a ray of sunshine. Dr. Chan's entire staff is friendly, receptive, and caring. I am not one to enjoy going to the dentist for any kind of appointment, however, if one must - then Dr, Chan's office is IT!!
It's always nice to go in and they remember you. Clean and friendly environment.

Had teeth cleaning done today. Had to take my 10 month old with me and the lady that cleaned my teeth was very accommodating. I've been going to Dr. Chan's office for many years now and I have never been disappointed. Great staff and service.
I believe this is my 2nd or 3rd time with Lisa the Dental Hygienist. I was spoiled by Dr. Chan doing the cleanings for several years :) but Lisa is great. I enjoy her humor and stories. :)
As always everyone was very friendly and made a not pleasant visit ok.
My son and I went in for our initial exam and cleaning yesterday and had a very good experience. Stephanie the hygienist is considerate, thorough and skilled in her work. Dr. Chan seems very nice and made us feel comfortable. I will return again.
