I have been going to the Vitalant, formerly Bloodsource for 12 years now, and the staff and medical professionals are great and make always feel welcomed. Before I leave, they thank me for my donation. Now, about a week later, I get an email telling me that my donation is on the way to help others in need.

Love the staff, the facilities and the benefit for others. It would be 5 stars if they hadn't removed Nutter Butters as a snack. I understand that some dietitian would prefer salty snacks, but they are not in the chair giving blood! Bring back the Nutter Butter!!!
Approaching 20 gal, can't wait to donate Platelets again at their Mt.Shasta mobile. the crew is very professional and friendily,and the people donating, know each other well and can't wait to see each other.
The Chico staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel like family no matter if it is your 1st visit or have been there many times before.
