I live near here but I had never heard of this place until the controversy. Knowing that the wonderful couple who owns it are fully supportive of lesbians and feminism only makes me want to go more! Unfortunate that lesbians and their business are under attack, but I'm glad that I now know about it and plan on visiting in the near future :)
A beautiful space and delicious food, what more could I want. I can't wait to return. ❤
Any business that excludes any portion of the population is unworthy of being in business. I don't care how good your products or services are, how noble your mission is, otherwise. If you choose to openly declare that you discriminate against a vulnerable population, your entire value drops, dramatically. Grew up in Connecticut and loved this place even before I went full vegetarian. Such a pleasant and warm atmosphere.
Vegan AND feminist - how wonderful!! I wish there were more places like this.
