Sam has always been very helpful and knowledgeable when I’ve ordered products from him or had to ask any technical questions. They’ve also been in the industry a long time and I would order more from BTR in the future! Would recommend!
They sell knock offs of other businesses work.
Dude can’t give straight answered then gets mad at you for it and cancels your order so not waste your time and money on these products at this point they do nothing but scam you of your car time and money
The truth of the matter is that Samuel Lee from BTR customs handled this mixup very poorly. On March 8th I ordered product from BTR car customs on March 10th I got a automatic reply thanking me for order. It was also then I noticed on BTR receipt page that address was incorrect so I reached out to BTR asking when order was to ship, I got no answer on March 10th. I tried again to reach out to BTR car customs the morning of March the 11th it was then I finally got a reply and was told the product already shipped with the order... read more
