Paid them in December to change an engine in our boat. Paid them then. It is now almost July and we still have not been given our boat. All he has is excuses. His latest excuse is "I can't say anything other than I'm sorry." He now refuses to answer his phone and his voicemail says do not show up to his business under any circumstances, so I am assuming others are angry as well. Starting to think he straight up stole our boat.
