I always make an appointment when I visit this lab because I travel by wheel trans and need to book my return trip. I find the staff courteous, friendly and very pleasant. Initially I was annoyed that D Ford privatized this clinic. However, now that I have lung and mobility problems I happy we have this clinic. Im in and out very quickly.
Update from the latest post last week... the lab is open and I got my bloodwork done today. I could not find a phone number to call to check but I was lucky when I showed up that it was open! Staff are always really lovely and there was no big lineup in the afternoon. The morning normally has a big line up so I suggest coming later if possible!

I have a chronic illness and attend regular appointments with my physician at Saint Michael’s Hospital every six months. Prior to each visit, I undergo blood testing at the hospital laboratory, where I have always received a paper requisition for the next visit in advance. Today, I was surprised to learn that paper requisitions are no longer being accepted. I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Eva and Nurse Briahna during my pregnancy. For the entire nine months, I visited Fort Check up at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, they both are the best Dr and nurse who took care of me.
