Today I walked into Vitalant with no appointment,hoping to.find an opportunity to donate. I was warmly greeted by Jennifer, Jasmine and Alondra. They found an opening for me and I proudly was able to donate. My experience with The Napa center has always been positive,the staff go above and beyond to accommodate the clients. I have been donating platelets at the Napa center for over thirty years. Today I donated platelets. The staff Jasmine,Jennifer,Alexandra and Tim guided me through my donation, answered all of my questions and talked to me like they were my family. All four were kind, professional and truly bend over backwards to accommodate all the donors who come in. Professional Clean Very Efficient
I've been donating blood here for over ten years. The staff here is top-notch. They offer a good variety of salty & sweet snacks for their customers. You can also get bottled water, coffee & tea as well. By donating blood to help people in dire need, it makes you feel pretty darn good about yourself. Plus, you get points that you can turn into gift certificates at restaurants, Amazon gift cards, clothing & so much more.
