Very positive experience to donate needed blood here. Staff are knowledgeable and competent, compassionate and make you feel appreciated. Snacks are yummy.
If I could give this establishment -100 stars I would. This corrupt organization is one of the most inept medical organizations in Hawaii, and probably the country. They are discriminatory a pompous. The entire organization should be flushed of all employees and started anew. If they continue with their current path thousands of Hawaiian residents lives will be in peril and it will be on their hands.
