Walked in at 10:15AM for a hair color for my girlfriend's daughter. There were two employees there. One was working with a client and the other was looking at her phone. The employee with the client stopped what she was doing, text messages another employee, and asked if we could come back at 11:30AM. We came back a little before 11:30AM, checked in with a different employee, and proceeded to wait for another thirty minutes. No one checked on us or tried to help us, so we left. I will never use or recommend this salon again.
I had my hair done with Vanessa and I loved my entire experience. She was very welcoming took her time and explained the entire process. I had Color chunky highlights cut and style and was all done within 3 hours. If your looking for some one new to work on your hair definitely give Vanessa a try you wont be disappointed! Recently moved back to California and needed a new nail girl... Ran across @[183770705336540:Crystalized Nails] a few weeks ago & I love her!!! Just yesterday I went in for a fill with gel polish and brought my 8yo to get a gel manicure. Crystal has great prices, she's super friendly and tries very hard to give you what you want. Highly recommend her!!!
