I was disappointed with my experience at this salon. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, and the professionalism was lacking. I noticed a lot of tension among the staff, which made the visit feel awkward and unwelcoming. Customer service was not what I expected, and I didn’t feel valued as a client. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and would not return. Alyssa seems a little rude to her staff and condescending and I don’t think it’s right, they should close this place down.
I can't recommend Reagan enough! She's seriously amazing when it comes to blonde hair. She takes the time to make sure everything looks just right and that your vision comes to life. She really listens to what you want and puts so much care and attention into making sure her clients leave happy. Her knowledge, skill, and dedication definitely show in the results. Reagan is the absolute best and has been doing my hair for years. I'm very particular on my color, cut, and style, and I never leave disappointed.
Highly recommend this salon !!! Came from out of town looking for a stylist, did not like results from other - went to Alissa for adjustment and she fixed it right then and there no hesitation and was exactly what I wanted. Absolute fav ❤️
