I have no complaints about the quality of dental care. But the office’s collection practices are horrific and dishonest. They keep reporting my husband’s dental bills as a joint account, which is not the case. It has been removed from my report at least once, and continues to reappear. Today, I reported them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I would urge you to go elsewhere for your dental care to avoid the charlatans in the office.
