Worked with AZA/blockhouse in 2024 on renovations to a bathroom as well as a leaking balcony/bedroom and was overall very happy. We had plans for a larger new construction but unfortunately due to personal reasons we had to back out. - Professionalism: Andrew and Kevin were very reliable and professional. Dan and I used Blockhouse to build our new home in Munhall. Andrew worked very closely with us to ensure the design met our needs and wishes. The home feels like a low maintenance condo with no HOA fees! The home is spacious with almost 1800sf on our small infill city type lot. There is no wasted space in the home.
