Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My first experience with Dr. Block was in August 2004. Following a car accident, I was referred to a local chiropractic office by my lawyer. I had never been to a chiropractor before. I was in pain from the accident, and nervous about what to expect. I was immediately put at ease by Dr. Block. She definitely cares about her patients. Adjustments work. BUT. She use to be a very good chiropractor. She use to have time for you. Making appointments is terribly hard unless you can schedule weeks in advance. Block chiropractic does not schedule enough time per appointment so Dr Deb has to rush through your appointments. On top of all of this. She keeps raising her prices. Dr Deb is to busy trying to get new patients and not trying to keep her old patients

At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? No Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Did you experience excessive stiffness after visiting this chiropractor? Definitely not! I felt fantastic when I left! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication? No, but I need a lot less than before

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
