I wrote a 5 star review 2 years ago when i moved in and had to change my review after this new property management company took over recently. The old company was better, with friendlier front office staff, and handled maintenance requests in a timely manner. The location is great. For how much you have to pay to live here, I'd rather move across the street and pay the same price for better service. Wayman and Deryck are phenomenal and knowledgeable. Very respectful, professional and handles all solutions quickly and efficiently. Great personalities to experience. They repaired my shower and heating issues, same day. Advise them of what you’re experiencing. It’ll help expedite a solution that’ll work for you.
Tour of the property and beltline was provided to us by Akira. The structural and natural elements of the property were astonishing, lending a peaceful/tranquil vibe. However, the close proximity to the beltline's many shops and eateries is amazing. The area was bustling with shoppers, fitness buffs, etc. Wonderful walking/jogging area, so you don't have to feel guilty about stopping for a savory snack or bite to eat. All areas were well lite and clean.
Absolutely amazing Complex. I was given a tour by Akira and was Absolutely stunned by the beauty of the campus, the beltline absolutely adds to the scenery. I definitely recommend checking this property out. Akira was very friendly, knowledge and welcoming.
