I often visit my partner at their apartment and I run into Akeem pretty frequently. Every time I see him he is ALWAYS working hard and he is also very respectful. You guys have a great team here!
I’ve been here for 3 years now. The management has gone through ups and downs but the maintenance crew is top notch. Wayman has been amazing, super helpful and friendly. A+++ on the maintenance staff as a whole, just wanted to shoutout Wayman specifically by name.

I have lived here for two years and initially loved it—until Bell acquired the complex. Since the acquisition, every resident I’ve spoken to has been unhappy. They pressure-washed the parking deck and demanded that we move our cars or risk being towed, despite there not being enough alternative parking spots for everyone. When they repaved the complex, they provided an “alternative” exit route that required driving through the dog park—located directly outside my apartment. 3 plus years of constant construction on useless things (Windows, re-paving the apartment driveway whatever it’s called, newer fence, etc.) Yet not a single update to the dump of a dog park , the horrible plumbing causing constant leaks and mold , terrible gym etc,) And they’ll raise you’re rent $250+ per year
