I have resided in this community for 10 months. While the experience has been disappointing overall, I would like to acknowledge the friendly and professional staff, particularly Dionté, who has been a consistent bright spot. Unfortunately, the issues have accumulated to the point of significant frustration. Great location with direct BeltLine access and easy walking distance to Ponce City Market, restaurants, and parks. The amenities are solid, and the community has improved over time. Overall, a great option if location and amenities are important to you.
After 2.5 years of constant construction and disruption, I can honestly say the renovations have been easier to live with than the attitude from in the leasing office, Yasmeen specifically. I went to the leasing office with what I thought was a simple question about a new parking fee that appeared on my account.
