He took the time to answer my questions yet quick and efficient. He made sure I felt taken care of. I really appreciate his help and the great customer service he provided.
I’ve been through three different management companies at The Block Lofts—Waymon for president. The maintenance team has helped create a real sense of community through their professionalism and deep knowledge of their craft. More apartment complexes, especially the more mundane ones, could benefit from this level of care and commitment.
