UNLESS you are ok with: - them almost never answering calls, replying to your messages - waiting on hold for 10+ minutes - booking appointments and then they tell you there is nothing in the calendar when it comes time for your appointment - being behind by 1-2 hours (never once been on time) - doctor making you feel like youre inconveniencing them - having vaccines pushed on you and your family at every chance - no bedside manners... read more

About the Clinic: Compassionate care, patience - very easy to talk to the team on various items Fast turnaround — When required, care decisions are communicated quickly. Exactly what almost every other review is!! Never answers phone, when you do get through you are on hold forever. When you actually finally get an appointment you wait forever!! I was in the office yesterday for a 3:15 appointment and wondered why the phones are never answered because it was empty. Finally got in a room at 3:45 just to see my doctor go into another room with another patient. I left! Why book me for a 3:15 appointment if you’re not even going to see me until close to 4. I will just go to Clovis from now on!!
Reception picked up and put on hold for 15 mins. Later when I provided all my info asked to book me in, she said that they are extremely busy and to Google other places and hung up
