Money hungry and lacks empathy.
Professional staff , timely appointments. This is not a business, nail salon or hair stylist , for goodness sake it's a doctor's office. If you don't like the service stop complaining and find another physician.
Me and my family have been patients of Dr.Wang for more than 10 yrs and we have never had any issues with reception. We are always treated with respect and courtesy.Really shocked at some reviews
The front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been trying to get my children in for their vaccines for MONTHS but they have designated days for children and/or vaccines. I have tried Tuesdays and Fridays, but apparently Tuesdays are only for phone appointments. Fridays are non vaccine days. My children's father can only take certain days off of work and they will not try to help at all with making this work. People of color or Melanin people do not go to Block Line Health care clinic. II had a skin condition and I wanted a referral to see a dermatologist. Instead the doctor by the the name of Dr. Hewson. Tried to google my skin condition infront of me and then told me it was a fungus in a passive aggressive tone, when it really was hyper pigmentation. No prescription given or referrals. She is a horrible doctor. I was also a patient of doctor Medcalf then once she retired i became a patient of Hewson. Worst mistake ever.
