Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Not at all! They always respect my decisions.

They've stayed open past their closing times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their office is always nice and quiet. Although sometimes massaging my very tense spots on my shoulder and neck cause some pain during my visit, I always feel much better after I leave. They always help me with anything I need. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? I went to Dr. Block because I was having pain in my shoulder when I tried doing every day movements like putting on a jacket or reaching for an item in the cupboard. After working with Dr. Block and her staff, I am feel much better after just a few treatments and my shoulder is back to normal.
