Scam artist! They sold us a property without disclosing a very important thing which is the year the house was built in, they actually removed a statement of facts that disclosed the house was built in 1958 which the owner we bought the house from was shown when they bought it. They removed it and stated it was built 2006, they realty it was only remodeled in 2006. Legal actions are taken against the previous owner and this shady real estate agency.
