I spoke with Aneta and she was very polite and respectful. She answerd all my questions and provided my wife and I with all the information we needed and more. Block C is definitely one of our top choices because of her! Thank you again for your assistance!
The staff lacks communication skills. You can't never get a hold of any staff. You leave a message and don't call you back. They promise that the unit will be ready for move in August 5th then august 25th and now they told us not until late September. Yet they took our holding fee of $300 for the apartment etc.. Hello! School starts August 29th and now we are left with no apartment. Some of us live out of town. Very unprofessional. Will be contacting the main property management.
