Wow, this place is amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and honest. Unfortunately they didn't have the bike I wanted but they are doing everything to get it in soon. The fact that the person was embarrassed just proves the high quality of this place. It was a welcome change to receive good customer service...it's not dead.
