took a road bike in for a tune up and the service was insanely bad

Shop is amazing. Wow. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
They are great! Today they helped me with my wheels and handle bars grips ,and my little sisters bike too. Thank you guys. I hope one day I can work there. It looks fun to do and a fun place to be at!
