Really a great shop and a great group of guys! Some shops make you feel like you don't belong, kind of elitist. Block is the exact opposite. Customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile.

I use to love doing with business in the shop but the customer service has gone way down hill. Jacob always made sure that I was taken care of,was always so helpful. The last two times I was in the shop Jacob was not there when I need parts,the guy with the Mohawk helped me and both time he told me he was unable to get my parts for me one being a warranty part,he seemed to know nothing about bikes.
