My parents and I have purchased many times from Block & Apron and have loved everything! Donna is also the best, so helpful! We've tried A5 Wagyu (pictured below) which was like butter. My mom loves the veal cutlets. You can't go wrong! Enjoy!
Researched this butcher because I’m tired of purchasing food with all the additives. First of all this place is clean and the meat varieties are phenomenal. Donna was very knowledgeable and provided tons of information on the meats we purchased. They even off 10% off for veterans! Once I grill these steaks I’ll update this post. So far so good.
The best butcher in Arizona. Joe and the team can get in whatever you need & fresh! Cant wait to cook up the fresh rainbow trout this weekend. And thank you, Donna for amazing customer service! I love this place!
