Do not use this location for any services, I had a tax issue that was explained and the agent took on the project and could not complete my tax filings. Charged me over $400 for services and nothing was completed, Jazzmine the manager was rude, unprofessional and unwilling to work with me on a solution. Stay away at all costs, they will overcharge and be unwilling to compromise.
ABSOLUTELY NOT. Never go here. Kevin Alleger, claims to have 17 years of experience, yet didn’t know how to accept a W2 with a misspelled first name. I called the IRS after weeks of fighting to try and change the name, and they said there was NO ISSUE with the W2. Now tell me how you have such experience and no idea how to handle a slight misstep? Horrible experience with Kevin Alleger, was very much not welcoming and very much not helpful. I asked him a question about affordable ways I can pay to file my taxes. He immediately said you can file it yourself. Like that was the only option he said. He was coming up with outrageous price numbers for me to pay my taxes. By the way last year I never had to pay 400 dollars plus another 400 dollars for each W2 filed and 1099. That's like 1600 dollars!!!! Omg how incompetent. Lynn Wertheimer from this office has a disgusting attitude. I was referred to her and waited ages to have an appointment with her. When it was time for my appointment, I waited and she was so late I had to call the office and see if she remembered. She got onto the video call screaming and irate because she didn't know how to navigate the system and see what she needed to.
