Lynn was great
Horrible experience with Kevin Alleger, was very much not welcoming and very much not helpful. I asked him a question about affordable ways I can pay to file my taxes. He immediately said you can file it yourself. Like that was the only option he said. He was coming up with outrageous price numbers for me to pay my taxes. By the way last year I never had to pay 400 dollars plus another 400 dollars for each W2 filed and 1099. That's like 1600 dollars!!!! Omg how incompetent. Lynn Wertheimer from this office has a disgusting attitude. I was referred to her and waited ages to have an appointment with her. When it was time for my appointment, I waited and she was so late I had to call the office and see if she remembered. She got onto the video call screaming and irate because she didn't know how to navigate the system and see what she needed to. This was our first experience with this office — and we are not going back. My wife and I are filing jointly for the first time this year, and have a few questions since we have not done so before. We never got to ask those questions. The tax agent we met with, Suzanne Matthews, must have been having a bad day. My tax agent Lynn was very professional and sympathetic to my special needs. It took extra work to get my taxes accurately done. I had some issues that she straightened out and explained to me in layman's terms. The fee for doing my taxes was very competitive
