During the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak, the property manager has hit out of work renters with late fees and used scare tactics such as credit reporting to intimidate people into using what little money they have saved for food to pay off their rent. It was this persons understanding that that wasn't lawful action during this time. I would appreciate the BBB investigating this operation as would many other renters I'm sure.

My experience is with the location in Northern ******** and I just have to say that this was my first apartment and hopefully my last with this company managing the complex. They have repeatedly lied to me saying they will fix something or call back and half of the time I call them back only to get the office voicemail.

The old property manager (******* K****) was amazing and i have nothing negative to say about her or the staff that worked with her during her employment.However, the new landlord is completely over her head with this property and is awful at maintaining contact regarding issues within the units. Monarch Investments and Management Group owes me my "holding fee" back for an apartment I did not move into. I have been following up since July, it is now September, to get my money back. At this point, you owe me interest, Monarch! Each contact says they "will get back to me." Unfortunately, I wasn't able to move into a Monarch property due to lack of availability and I was approved for another apartment sooner that was available for immediate move-in. This company has zero customer service. Seriously consider the negative reviews. Monarch mid-management said that I would be in "legal peril" if I kept leaving bad reviews about Seasons on Chelsea near Cincinnati; it was the response to me when disputing move-out charges. Two maint techs left in the year that we lived here & they were constantly short staffed in maint. When maint did repairs, they were rarely finished the first time (even when it was simple request). I have lived here about 7 months now and really enjoy the staff, and every maintenance request has been handled in a timely manner!! Love where I live, my utilities are pretty high about 175 a month during the heat of Summer but worth it for me. If we could figure out a way to have a pool I probably would never move �, probably tough in the middle of the river market lol. I highly recommend this place if you want to be near everything.!! I have lived here now for 6 months, and would highly recommend Block 2 Lofts for anyone looking for a place to live in the Little Rock area. Prices are reasonable, the location is ideal, neighbors are great, and the lofts are spacious, well maintained and they offer a lot of different floor plans. The management is professional and super friendly, and will go out of their way to take care of you.

I moved here when I took a job downtown. Rent is fair and the staff is very friendly and usually very quick to respond to issues. My loft was surprisingly very energy efficient with low bills ($30-$80). While they do have unfortunate dog breed restrictions, they are otherwise very accommodating to furry friends. Overall, I had a very positive experience living here. Thanks Lesli and Ashley!
