Took a tour with Terri today, she had great energy, was very knowledgeable, and helped to make me and my partner feel welcome on our tour!
I highly recommend Block 17 to anyone looking to live in the Pearl District. The building is immaculately clean and located in an absolutely beautiful area. The move-in process was incredibly simple thanks to Ana, who was amazing and helpful throughout the entire experience. They also offer great building incentives that make living here even better!
Extremely professional and welcoming staff, especially Ana. Location is ideal in the heart of historic Pearl District where there are lots of shopping stores and restaurants.
This place USED to be nice. Unfortunately there’s been a lot of turnover with the staff and what used to be a warm staff that made living here enjoyable are now rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I’ve been hung up on twice by the women working the front desk. If you smile at them they just give you a dead fish stare back. Additionally this apartment has gotten ridiculously greedy.
