There is no separate line to pick up "to go" orders that have been called in. You must wait in line behind everyone who didn't call in and the line moves slow. I came in last week with a co-worker to pick up an order we had called in. The line was 40 people deep and there was no Indication that their was a pickup line. My co-worker ended up leaving, but I waited only to pick up cold food. When I called they said my order would be ready in 15 mins, so I planned for that. We ate here for the first time, Friday night. We’d been looking forward to it for months. Severely disappointed. We had the grilled bacon/Brie and there was so little of both, all you could taste was bread. My wife and I cut it in half to share and her half had the Brie and bacon. My half...one minimal bite of both and the rest was bread and arugula. Seriously. I wish I was exaggerating. I hear great things about your burgers, but after this, probably won’t be back.

Food is great! But service could be better! I ordered for pick up yesterday and couldn’t tell if there was a pick up line or not! It was so PACKED and when I made my way to the counter, the workers just looked at me so I had to shout at a guy that I had a pick up, it was a mess in there, couldn’t get through the line that was out the door! Need a bigger spot! Also forgot to give me my tea!!!
Definitely eat here again!!
This is the best prime rib I have ever had. Everything has absolutely phenomenal. I can’t recommend this place enough!
