My experience was horrible. I booked an online appointment through their website, and then took an hour off of work to make the appointment time. I called before my appointment time to let them know that I was running 5 minutes late. I was then put on hold for 2 minutes. When the woman picked back up (keep in mind i am now 3 minutes away) she told me that the stylist I was suppose to see had a scheduling conflict with her baby sitter and had to go home early.
