I’ve been a loyal client here, coming weekly or bi-weekly, and have always really valued the service. Last week, my appointment was cancelled the morning of due to staff illness, which I completely understood and accommodated without issue. This week, I had to cancel because my baby daughter woke up sick and was vomiting. When I called, I was told there was “nothing she could do, it’s store policy,” and that I would still be charged. I scheduled a last minute hair appointment and the manager I spoke to on the phone was so professional and kind I was excited to come into my appointment. Catherine did my updo and she did an amazing job! I had a close friend's wedding to attend and the experience with the ladies at this location made my day all the easier! Lynn is truly amazing! I am a blo member and I make sure I see her weekly for my wash and blow dry! I have long hair and a lot of it and she never disappoints! You can tell she takes pride in her work!
