I booked an appointment through the website for the correct date, time, and location, yet I was denied service when I arrived. I showed the salon staff both my confirmation email and confirmation text, each of which clearly displayed the correct appointment details, but I was still told that I did not have an appointment. What was particularly disappointing was the complete lack of effort to resolve the situation, given that it was clearly a clerical error on their part. Incredible service by Fred always, a real hair wizard. He is incredible and super comfortable with my curly hair pattern. I am in and out of there in less than an hour! Never in my life. 10/10, cannot recommend him enough. ABSOLUTELY worth the drive from the west end for this.
