Absolutely terrible experience at Blo Bar Burlington. The atmosphere felt borderline hostile from the moment I walked in. The stylists seemed poorly trained and, quite honestly, didn’t appear to know the basics of customer service, including how to properly greet clients or even smile. The booking system is another issue altogether. I was charged for an appointment that I never confirmed, which is completely unacceptable. Such a relaxing experience! Who doesn’t love being pampered. Reagan was a pleasure and very detailed in her work. Cannot wait to return.
I have been going here for 4 years. Steady. I had to call to cancel as I have Covid - and just asked to move it out by a week. I was told I could move it, but I would be charged the entire blow out fee for moving it. Not the customer service I expect from a loyal customer. Did they prefer I go in and get others sick? Won’t be returning.
I had such a great experience today getting my hair styled by Steph! I would recommend her 100% she did a beachy wave that turned out exactly how I wanted it to look
Great option for a quick blow dry! I appreciate how close it is to my house, how I can get an appointment pretty much any time I'm looking for one (often last minute!) and that I'm IN and OUT in 45 minutes!
