I’m really disappointed with my service. I booked a blow out+ head massage + deep conditioning and on their website it says 1 hour service. How was I already out the door in 30 mins. It felt like a shampoo, condition, and hair curling with an iron. No deep conditioning or head massage. I also asked for a blow out with volume since I have thin hair, my hair was flat with curls. Waste of time and money. I’m super upset with the results. Do not recommend.
Just had a blow dry with Adriana and she’s wonderful. We had great conversation and my hair looks great too. Everyone at the salon is super nice and I always feel like they listen to what I want. Will be back whenever I need a good blow out!

Maybe it was just a rough day and want to give the benefit of the doubt. I went in for a blow dry and eye makeup service. I asked for a curl style that wasn’t too tight and the curls were coiled. When she loosened them half my head was straightened almost. Because we started almost 30 min after my appointment time and I was going to be late I asked her to leave it.
