Really happy with our blowout for my daughter and I. We booked a blowout and we both walked out with exactly what we asked them to do. And also happy to support a Canadian brand in NYC.
This place needs to wake up and do better. I booked two appointments for my family’s hairstyles for my wedding day. I discussed everything in advance, and the lady at the front desk assured me it would all be fine. On the actual day, a lady named Rachel ruined everything. She seemed very junior and didn’t know how to do even basic things, like a simple blowout for my mom’s short hair. I ended up having to pay twice and ask my own hairstylist to redo it.
