Rachel was amazing! Loved my hair
I'm so annoyed with this Salon that I will not be going back. I was running a little late my appointment was 2:15 I was in traffic I have a wedding to go to this evening I called them they didn't answer they called me back I said I am 11 minutes away which was basically within 15 minutes of my original appointment so apparently there's no grace period and they said do not come we have no stylist for you like really 11 minutes are you kidding me it literally ruined my whole day because now my hair is a mess and I have to go t... read more

Quite disappointed, the stylists were really nice but I got an express keratin treatment that did not last even a week(they are supposed to last 6-8 weeks).
I’ve been going to Drybar for years and have always had two small rows of extensions because my hair is extremely thin. Today, at 7½ months pregnant, I walked all the way to my appointment in the heat while dealing with road closures, only to be told after I arrived that I have “too much hair” and needed to book a different appointment because they didn’t have enough time.
